Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Due to the nature of infrastructure provisioning (domain registration, mailbox creation, and DNS configuration), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If infrastructure has been provisioned and deployed, refunds may not be available. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe a refund is warranted.
All content, features, and functionality of our website and Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and documentation—are owned by Keter Infrastructure and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Plusvibe, Manyreach). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keter Infrastructure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements, achieve particular deliverability rates, or be error-free.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keter Infrastructure and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
